Company Profile
Bluewater Builders, Inc. was established in 1998 to offer the South Florida construction market a unique new choice: “Big Corporation” support and services with “Small Company” policy and overhead. We are targeting negotiated work and selective competitive bid Projects ranging in size from $2 to $40 million. Our initial goal was and remains to grow and establish a “repeat business” client base and maintain $100 million in annual revenues.
Both our management and field supervisory personnel have not only managed
subcontractors to properly perform their work; we pride ourselves to be
hands-on “doers” – ready and willing to perform most
scopes of work. With experience in self-performing site work, concrete,
masonry, carpentry work, finishes and specialty items installations, our
staff will not only “do whatever it takes”
– we also know how to do it.
Company Experience
With over 25 years of construction experience, Bluewater Builders’ president, Mr. Todd Nezwek, has supervised or managed over $400 million in commercial construction. For 10 years prior to starting Bluewater Builders he managed projects for Centex-Rooney – one of the largest and most aggressive construction firms in Florida. Through experience and subcontractor/client networks Mr. Nezwek has recruited support managers and superintendents that have proven skills and are committed to success.
Our personnel’s project experience is well diversified having completed government facilities, condominiums, retail work, airports, resorts, office buildings, theaters, courthouses, churches and special projects, such as, the Aquarium of Americas in New Orleans and the Tower of Terror at Disney World in Orlando, Florida.
As a company comprised with seasoned managers, we offer our clients a wide range of construction services – not only in pre-construction, but also pre-design. We work closely with a broad network of Subcontractors to provide budget pricing, value engineering and scheduling services. Coordinating this input with the Architect’s design and preliminary development meetings, promotes our goal: total TEAM satisfaction and understanding.
Our experience in the negotiated marketplace has proven that communications and trust are the key elements to Client satisfaction. We extend these principles to all levels of our services.

Established as an S Corporation, Bluewater has defined total TEAM satisfaction as a primary Company goal. We recognize that “people” make a company – not name or size. Our compensation and benefits are comparable to our competitors – as an S corporation: however, we have the latitude to initiate innovative compensation programs larger corporations can not match.
